On the gentle hills of the Sakar Mountain, not far from the town of Harmanli, at an altitude of 130m and on luvisols and phaeozem soils, we grow our Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Syrah, Chardonnay, Mavrud, Rubin, Dimyat and Red Misket

Technology
All grape varieties in this blend are harvested at different times and vinified separately. The grape is pre-chilled. The juice from the Chardonnay and Dimyat is separated after 24 hours of maceration at a temperature of 4-6°C, while the Misket is directly pressed. The finished wines are blended after alcoholic fermentation. The wine carries the floral notes from the Misket and the depth of the Chardonnay in its aroma.
