We process and dispatch each order on every business day from 09:00 to 16:00. Orders placed over the weekend or during holidays will be dispatched on the first business day.

Insurance is included in the shipping price in case your shipment arrives seriously damaged.

Yes, you can return purchased goods, the packaging of which is not damaged, within the 14-day statutory period starting from the date of receipt of the product.

It is necessary to send the following data to info@rosaleawine.com: 

Name and surname, order number, contact phone number, bank account, reason (*optional).

The return is made to the address: Speedy’s office, Harmanli, 13 Nikola Petkov St. and is at the expense of the sender, except in cases where no mistake was made by ROSALEA (for example: the wrong type of wine sent).
