Yes, it’s November. Yes, almost a month has passed since what we’re talking about here, but it’s so beautiful and important to us that we simply can’t miss posting about it.
Did you know that since a few months ROSALEA wines can also be found on Belgian soil?
Yeah, ROSALEA went to Belgium!
This was made possible thanks to Bram Moens from bmwinesandmore, who in addition to being our partner, we can also happily call our friend!
On the weekends of October 21 and 22, Bram organized a wonderful event, gathering merchants, restaurateurs and private customers in one place and introducing them to quality wines from Bulgaria and the world, including ours.
In front of all of them, Maria Hodjeva, our sales representative, presented the ROSALEA cellar by holding a master class on Saturday, and Sunday was focused on conversations and pleasant meetings with other wine professionals.
The venue for the exhibition was TASTE Brasserie the town of Vilvoorde. We were definitely impressed by the attention to detail and gracious hospitality here. Thanks to the hosts!
The icing on the cake during our stay there was the dinner at Restaurant Cécile.
And here comes the big news: ROSALEA’s Writer’s Wine Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 is part of the restaurant’s wine list, and it, in turn, was recently awarded a Michelin star!
We are extremely happy to be part of the menu of a restaurant of such a high rank!
