During the 1950s, with all her heart and the magnificence of her voice, Edith Piaf wrote and sang “La vie en rose” or “Life in Pink”.
Life in ROSALEA has continued to bloom since 2020. The year we created our first wine – Rosé 2020, which was awarded a gold medal the following year at the Rosé Wine Expo in Kazanlak.
The following harvest didn’t disappoint and continued to reap successes. Rosé 2021 received the gold prize in the category ‘Rosé Wines from Previous Harvests’ during Vinaria 2023 – the oldest and most authoritative wine forum not only in our country but also in Southeastern Europe.
And today… Today, the finest of our rosés (so far) steps onto the wine podium for its debut – Rosé 2022! What future awaits it? How many steps will it climb? How many people will it touch with its delicate sweetness? We can only guess and dream.
Magic happens in percentages.
35% Cabernet Franc, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Syrah, 15% Rubin.
Its delicate coral color is ready to accompany you on the terrace, at a fresh garden party, or even in the grassy park for a picnic.
Fruit and floral aromas pleasantly complement the wine experience, and its sweetness smoothly transitions into red grapefruit and wild strawberry.
Enjoy it in moderation and at a temperature between 9 and 11 °C.
And you should know – just a sip is enough. But don’t leave it, that wasn’t what we meant.
